My Internet connection is OK and is working just fine, but I have this downloading error. I tried to download many time and now I am sure the problem is not Internet connection. Any solution for this error please ? Why I am not able to make the downloads ?

It seems like you are installing a Bitdefender product using the online installer or via online installation. There is actually no problem doing the online installation and this is good for users who have fast connection. But if you have a not so fast connection, I don’t think doing the online installation is ideal.
You can consider using it if the application is not that big but if you’ll be installing an application like Bitdefender Internet Security 2014, for a file size of about 430.26 MB, I don’t think you’ll be able to finish the installation smoothly and on time if you don’t have a fast connection.
If you are sure that you have an active internet connection, try restarting your computer and install Bitdefender again. See if the download will complete. Another possible reason why your download fails is if you are doing it on a different website and not on the official website. It is possible that the installer you are using has a damaged file that causes the failure.
Try installing it from the Bitdefender Official Website. Since you did not mention what Bitdefender product it is you are installing, try installing Bitdefender Internet Security 2014. This is the offline installer so you can completely download the installer first and install the antivirus successfully afterwards. This way you won’t be worrying of a failed download when installing the product just like what happened before because the entire installation files are already stored on your computer.
