If you have no Microsoft Office installed in your computer, first thing you need to do is to download and install Microsoft Word Viewer. There are ways to directly download an MS Word document having a file format of .docx.

One way is to download and install the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel and PowerPoint File Formats (this is

After you have installed Microsoft Word Viewer). Now you can start viewing

your document file with a .docx file format.

Another way is to convert your MS Word Document (doc) to .docx online. There are many software available in the market that convert doc to docx. Most of these software are free to download.

This is a generic question, can you elaborate it little more.

Here are some options.

1. If you have link then just right click on it and select "Save Target As".

2. Simply click on Docx link, browser will give you option to directly open it or to save, select which ever feasible for you.

3. If you want to search docx files directly then you can use "filetype:docx" along with your search query in Google.

4. Use advance searching options.

Hope this helped you. Feel free to ask if you have any query.
