Hi everyone,

Download offline need for speed for pc was unsuccessful. The error refers to compatibility issue and I don’t want to risk the safety of my computer operating system which is windows 7 starter 32 bit. I would like to know more about compatibility requirements. When getting applications installed in a computer how will I know all the requirements needed to run a program?

Hi Brenda Lopez,

Follow these steps:

First you install your Disk

  1. Go to My Computer > Right click your disk drive and then Click on Go to Setup folder > Chose language
  2. Right click on Setup.EXE file > Click on Properties > Click Compatibility tab  select Window 95 From the menu below.
  3. Then Enable the disable visual themes 
  4. Now Turn off advanced text services for this program 
  5. Make sure that the Run in 256 colors and 640*480 screen resolution
  6. Options are disabled
  7. Now click apply and OK
