Hi dear,

The error you described above is due to two reasons.

First is this that you have not installed its proper extensions in Firefox browser.

To install these extensions open your browser, go to tools tab and then choose add-on, a box will appear in this box there will be IDMCC named extension if you have installed it properly. In the front of this a button will available as "Enable and restart Firefox" click on it.

Your browser will be restarted. Try now to download something.

Please choose latest or updated version of Internet Download Manager.

You should use IDM Version 6.12. You can download it from this link.

The Old versions are not supported by some files to be downloaded.

I hope it will help you to come over.

Thanks
