On my personal computer, I have installed a software called Download Accelerator plus.

This software is using for downloading files like video files, audio files etc.

Since last Monday I have been encountering a fatal error – see the below image.

I can't download files.

Download accelerator plus has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience is the error message.

What should I do?

If the Download Accelerator Plus software is causing problems on your pc, remove it from the system.
You can either uninstall it by finding the uninstall.exe in the DAP folder in your windows path or go directly to your Ctrl Panel.
Go to Start> Control Panel> Add or Remove Programs.
If it doesn't work, you must reboot your pc to safe mode. To do this, reboot the pc hold f8 key to access the options. Use the arrow keys to choose the Safe Mode option. Then you can go to the Ctrl Panel and remove the program.
Safe Mode is the way to bypass start up programs in Windows. You can troubleshoot errors and fix them because it does not load unnecessary programs and drivers at startup.
The odd colors that you will encounter while on Safe Mode will go back to normal when you reboot to normal mode.
