Dolphin Browser Stopped Loading Pages in My Samsung Wave

Just recently, I was not able to load Gmail using Dolphin browser in my Samsung Wave.

The loading bar stops halfway then presents a white page.

I could not login to Gmail because there are no text boxes to input my account to.

This also goes the same with the other sites I tried to visit.

What can I do to make Dolphin display web pages correctly again?

Hello Herbert,

You could try the following:

1. Delete all cookies.

2. Clear the browser's cache.

3. Disable flash.

If the above does not work, please try hard resetting your phone back to factory settings.

1. Turn the phone off.

2. Remove the SIM card.

3. Turn the phone on.

4. Type in "*2767*3855#" (without the quotes) and press the "Call" button.

This is important!  Once you type in the final "#" the reset will proceed with absolutely no confirmation.

5. After the hard reset process, everything will be back to the way it was when you first bought the phone.  All user data will be wiped clean.

6. Insert the SIM card again.

Hope this helps!
