You do not have to invested in a security program because the information will be stored in a secure SIM card technology (Not an on-device system). The SIM component will allow your information to be stored securely.

I hope you are talking about Windows 8 Phone, this came with Wallet feature where you can create applications that can integrate with the Wallet. This also gives you more freedom with using the Wallet application, this lets you create, delete, write, and read items in your Wallet from your application. With this you are sure that your wallet items are up to date. You can add logos and barcodes on your wallet items.
