Hello all, I have a question today for you guys.
I was wondering why we use turbo speed up computer software I mean if my CPU speed is 45%. Does it have anything to do with my processor? Does Turbo speed has anything to do with the CPU speed?

Intels Turbo Boost is a technology that monitors processor, where the processor uses all of its cores and the TDP {Thermal Design Power}, if the cpu has not reached the top speed limits than the turbo boost will adjust the clock speed to achieve a faster speed staying within the TDP. You can install this software and it would show you the clock speed as when the processor increases or decreases the speed. Here is the Turbo Boost download.
