Hi there,

Your statement is absolutely true because the combination of CTRL+F is the shortcut key of the Find and Replace dialog box.

Through this shortcut key it is not necessary to open several tabs just to find or open the file that you want to use. You can also automatically replace the file that you want to change to make your work easy to access.

The advantage of this shortcut key is that you can save time and your effort while doing your work. The function of this key is you just simply click the dialog box and then you need to type the file that you want to open then it will automatically appear to the screen.

Your statement is absolutely true. After pressing on CTRL+F keys, the Find and Replace box you may find.

There are menus Find, Replace, Go To and Find what field. Less, Find next, cancel. You may have Search Options: Search: All, Match case. Find whole words only. Use wildcards. Sounds like, Find all word forms.  Find: Format, Special. No formatting.

However, you can find and Replace your document. You can find your document too. Whole words could be found. For example, start your document "I have" but you have wanted to write “We have”. You will write in the Find what field 'I have' and write into Replace field 'We have' after that click on Replace All: "I have" will be replaced with "We have".
