This is some pointless error message.
This message either has been created using Photoshop or has been created for fun.
There is no such error message in ms excel.
However if you have encountered this error click on yes in order to stop the dialog box from reappearing.

This must be due to a virus in your computer. Although I do not know what specific virus causes that kind of malfunction in Excel. Viruses can mess with your computer programs or files. The best way to solve this is to scan your computer for viruses. And if it is really infected with some virus, delete it or reformat your computer.

To resolve that issue, you will need to try changing the users foregroundlocktimeout key to zero. You can find it under each users Hkey, that is to say: HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktopForegroundLockTimeOut.
Once you set this to Zero (0), the application screen will need to request come to the foreground immediately. You will just need to log off/on to activate.
