Communications as a Service (CaaS) is used in communications by using Software as a Service (SaaS). This service has be outsourced from an enterprise communication solution. The services such as broadcast, instant messaging, video conferences using devices, Voice over IP(VoIP). This is the alternate method to the traditional buying of license of the software. The ease of access is more in CaaS. All the administrative work, maintaining servers and connections, managing different kinds of contents are easily handled. CaaS provides flexibility and scalability to all small and medium sized businesses. There will be no wastage of resources because the network will be dynamically served according to demand.
