It is said that he is in India with 99 top business delegates from China and has plans to meet Snapdeal’s founder Kunal Bahl. Does AliBaba have plans to acquire Snapdeal through its common investor?

As you know Alibaba met Kunal Bahl with 99 other delegates but
according to official sources there's no consensus about the 
aquisition of Snapdeal by the Alibaba group. The buzz is that 
Alibaba group want to just take an intiative of starting their 
business in India with the snapdeal and introduce Alibaba in Indian format.
