I am a user of Quickbooks Pro 2003. I want to send emails to number to customers at once. Do we have the facility of sending mass email in quickbooks ? How it can be done?

Using QuickBooks data in Microsoft Word you can do it.It will give you the instructions there.
To get a list of email addresses, from the customer list
> Run the phone report.
> Then modify it and click email in the columns area.
> After the report runs, click print and choose file not printer.
Other CSV or Tab Delimited will save the file with the email addresses.

Hi Alfredo,
   Quickbooks 2003 may not enable you to email directly from Quickbooks it can only save your file say invoice, or statements by PDF format and this can be used an attachment to your emails. Emailing can be done outside Quickbooks. I suggest you get the latest Quickbooks where it makes your work a lot easier as they already incorporated batch editing, invoicing, reporting and emailing.
