LED and LCD monitors are similar but they are not harmful when we are watching it at the right position, angle and distance. The correct distance from the television is more or less twice the size of the monitor. You should not come near the television because the radiation that comes from the TV will affect your eyes. You also have to relax you eyes especially when it gets tired, too much closure to the monitor can give you stress and headaches. So better give your eyes a space there’s always time to watch, a time to work and most of all a time to relax.
