Hi Experts,

My DNS server has encountered a problem. I checked all the possible sources to get a remedy of this issue.
 
Have a look at the error message below. It intends to work in trial mode.
 
What does it mean?
 
Is there any serious problem occurred with my server?
Please help me to solve the issue.

Below are the likely causes of the problem

  • The Application is not installed in the server or Application may not be registered in the server system
  • The firewall on the server has refused the connection.
  • Relyon License manager service on a server system might be stopped/disabled.

Below are some solutions to try

Solution 1:

  • Click on the start menu and select run
  • Type (in the run dialog box) firewall.cpl and press enter
  • Select the "Turn Windows Firewall on or off" option from the side panel on the left
  • Turn off the Windows firewall for the zone you are connected to (zones are : Home or Work and Public)

Solution 2:

  • Open the start button ,and click on run
  • Type cmd and press enter the command prompt window will open
  • Type IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS as below (and press the return key or enter key)

Solution 3:

  • Click start then run
  • Type services.msc
  • Click Relyon License manager service
  • Restart the service.

Solution 4: (Technical Solution)

  • Navigate to [C:WindowsSystem32] folder
  • Search for MSWINSCK.OCX file
  • Open command prompt as administrator.
  • Type Regsvr32 / u “C:WindowsSystem32MSWINSCK.OCX”
  • Click Enter to Unregister.
  • Type Regsvr32 “C:WindowsSystem32MSWINSCK.OCX”
  • Click Enter to Register.
