I have installed SegSvr 32 to install and register some DLL file on my Windows XP (X32) and when I want to run it this error message prompter on my desktop. I tried to reinstall the program, but this error continues to appear. Please help me to install this properly and tell why I can’t install the DLL files without getting any error.

For those users who don’t know what “regsvr32” is, it is a program or an executable in Microsoft Windows used to register DLL files on the system. It is not a third-party utility or application that you install separately on the computer to aid in the registration of required DLL files. So, in your case, the “regsvr32” program you said you installed on your computer is actually part of the operating system and doesn’t require any installation.
