DivX DVD Ripper shows the following error message “Disk may not be locked”. I could not find any solution for this annoying error. Can you provide me the best solution to resolve this error? I really need your help. Thanks.

Hi there Bobbye W Terry,
This error appears when you are trying to burn the locked disk. In other words – the media you are trying to rip is protected and you are not allowed to copy its content. You can always try unlocking it using Smartripper, but I wouldn't recommend you to do that unless the disk is yours and you've locked it.

In case you're disk is not locked, there is a known small and harmless bug that only shows the error message but nothing actually happens, so just click OK and continue with the process.
