Hi,

I am having Samsung TC model LN46B530 and it was working fine. I have just started having display problems. I have bought a Roku player and I have connected it to the TV through HDMI cable.

With Roku player I am getting huge picture and it is not able to fit into the screen and it is not stable too. I have tried to change the aspect ratios but no use. Only at ratio 4 (cat) I am able to see the entire picture. Without using Roku player I am able to hear audio but no video.

Did anybody experienced this issue? Is this a problem with the TV provider? Or sitting in my TV? Please advise. Thanks!

Hi R. Keyes, in order for you to get back the original default of the Samsung TV display up and running, try to follow the next simple steps so that you can watch your favorite programs on the TV. By the way, did you already check the cable connecting the device. If it is indeed connected then have you tried other outlets? If you can still see an image on the monitor then it is the backlight that is the issue here. TV’s capacitors seem to go bye-bye very fast nowadays. Just try to change the caps and they can provide years of service. Whether these are the case, better yet try to also check the caps if they bulge somehow, Samsung products are quite notorious for this kind of issues ever since.
