Display issue when using a Dell Laptop with Docking station

Hi,

I am having Dell Latitude laptop. I am also having the Dell docking station along with a large monitor. This setup worked fine so far.

But, suddenly today I am getting weird issue. When I close the laptop, the monitor's display shows weird, showing parts of 4 screens and the main one will be in size Exactly same as laptop screen. I have restarted the laptop and still facing the same problem.

Is this the issue with docking station or monitor? How can I troubleshoot the issue and get resolved? Any help will be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
 
From the information you provided, it seems that the setting of your graphical drive has been changed. 
 
– Connect your dock station first.
– Go to graphical properties.
– Check that everything is fine under display option. 
– Un-tick split screen if marked. 
 
You can also go to Monitor under Windows setting and see whether you have clicked 4 screens. Thanks.
