Display Error using CRM Outlook Add-in in Outlook 2010

I am getting a headache of this issue. Please help me. As you may observe in my attached image there are some black boxes on the window. The black boxes are movable on the screen and are adjustable to bigger sizes. However, the black boxes or bars last up to 5 seconds only.

I encounter this problem whenever I use CRM Outlook Add-in on my Outlook 2010. The issue is getting worse whenever I try to open the CRM folders because the Outlook doesn’t run directly when RDP’ing to the Citrix server.

This issue also happens whenever I am working with PowerPoint but it was resolved when I disabled the graphic hardware acceleration. What is more disappointing is that I am unable to create a new user profile. I also tried to use with another PC, but still there’s no difference. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this? What may be the cause of this? Please help. Thank you.

If this is the first time it happened to your application, try closing the program then restart your computer and then try it again. If the problem is somewhat like a glitch in the process, restarting the system will simply fix the problem. But if the problem stays, try doing another clean installation of the program again to restore it to its default configuration and possibly fix some corrupted files that may have developed in the application.

Uninstall Microsoft Outlook, then restart your machine when asked. If this program is part of the Microsoft Office package, uninstall only this feature and not the whole package. After booting, check your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system. Install the program again after this and then check it if it’s working.

If it still has a problem, you should check next the compatibility of the CRM Outlook add-in. You should verify if it’s really compatible with your current version of Microsoft Outlook or not. I suspect that it is not the appropriate add-in version of your Microsoft Outlook. Try installing a different add-in that is really compatible and works with your version of Microsoft Outlook.
