Hello Brainy,

Friends I am new to this kind of operation so kindly bear with me. When I try to copy some songs from the disk, I ended up with an error message. I am not sure whether I can do this or iTunes is compatible with this operations. I tried several times but nothing worked out. Please guide me with some suggestions. Thanks a lot.

Attempting to copy to the disk iPod failed. The disk could not be read from or written to.

Hello,

iTunes is a great media for entertainment and sharing purpose. While copying files to your IPOD, this error is generating. It is, somehow, being done by some bad songs/movies.

From your iTunes library, you’ll notice the files that are failing to be synchronized. Just skip them and your synchronization will go fine.

Those files are copyrighted or don’t want themselves to be copied to other devices.

Also, create a new user, sync all your files into it and then try to sync your iPhone to your iTunes library.

Now your syncing should go smoothly.
