Hi there Leonard T Mack,

When you get the error like this, saying that the file can not be found, the first thing to do is to check what's going on in the folder where the file should be placed.
To do so, open your Windows explorer and follow the path mentioned in the error – C:Program FilesNational InstrumentsRT ImagesBase7.0705F. Once you're there, try to locate the problematic file – ph_exec.exe. If it's not there you will need to reinstall the software. If you can see it, double click on it and see what happens. Most likely, your antivirus is blocking the application and in order to fix this you will need to configure your antivirus software to trust the application.

Open your antivirus settings, find the section with trusted applications and add the  your path to a folderNational InstrumentsRT ImagesBase folder to the list of trusted applications. After that is done you will need to fix the software installation. You can do that via control panel – Add/Remove programs by choosing the repair option.

Best regards,
Drake Vivian
