Hello,

Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel – both are two different but same purpose supporting service provided by Google and Microsoft respectively.

Google Sheets is provided by Google, a cloud-based excel compliant with all the features of MS Excel. The best advantage is, it’s available for free and on web that enables a team work on the same sheet at the same time. You can also download your developed spreadsheet file in many format.

But the problem is, it requires internet connection and if you don’t have or have slower connection, you might be facing tremendous hardship working with it.

MS Excel is developed by Microsoft. It’s a paid software and the basement of Google Sheets. It is superb for its awesome features like complicated pivots, charts and mostly, super-fast performance as it’s installed on a PC. It’s the best choice for all – from beginners to professionals.

The main problem is, it’s not free. You have to buy Excel 2013 for about $110, quite a good cost. However, you can retrieve shareware to this product via Office 365, by paying $10 every month.
