Hello everyone,

I need to use the Win + L keystroke but every time I tried it enables the Lock Workstation. I made a script which will modify each keystrokes, however, re-mapping is impossible with Win + L keystroke through the AutoHotKey. Also, I used the DisplayFusion and then added the window ribbon Lock Workstation button but when editing the registry and set the DisacleLockWorkstation to True, the keystroke and button becomes unresponsive. I need to use the Win + L keystroke for personal matter but I don't want to to lock workstation. Can someone please help me?

Many thanks for everything.

You can change your Win+L function. Now as you want try with the registry key system, it is totally fine. You have nothing to worry about and your button wont be dead. But you cannot use it on any other purpose or change it to any other shortcut. You can only disable it. You can download the registry file from here.

Also you can download Tweak UI and change your Win key configuration.
