1. IN System Preferences menu by going to the Apple icon and clicking on it.

2. In the System Preferences menu click on Keyboard, it is under the Hardware section.

3. Under the Keyboard menu go to Modifier Keys, which is at the bottom right of the screen, and click on it.

4. You will get a prompt from the Modifier Keys menu. Locate Caps Lock at the top and click the drop down menu to the right and select No Action.
Click Ok when you are finished.
