Hi,

 

Does the QX7 Microscope require a driver to be installed for Windows operating systems?When I tried to launch the QX7 Microscope Special Effects Software the following error 102 message appeared. Suggest me the proper solution to resolve the error message. I would be grateful to you.

Hi Merrill

QX7 microscope doesn't require a driver because it ha a built in operating system driver.

In this case you have installed the QX7 Microsoft Special Effects Software before installing the Microscope.

Install first the microscope then it will automatically begin to software installation to configure microscope to work with the software.

See page 4 of your user's manual.
