Difficulty to log in while using Safesync

Hi,

I am using Safesync, but have difficulty to log into it. My proxy has been set well, but I am still having difficulty logging in (the image attached):

Sign in Trend micro SafeSync
Trend Micro SafeSync
 
Sign in with your Trend Micro SafeSync account.
 
Sign in below using the account you created earlier. If you don't have one, you can create one here.
 
There was a problem signing on. Verify your email address and password and make sure this
is the correct version of the SafeSync soflware before trying again.
 

It tells me that I have to verify my details and make sure it is the right version of the program.

Any ideas?

Also, when I click the forgot password button, it just takes me to the installation directory! It's really frustrating.

Difficulty to log in while using Safesync

Check if your account details are typed correctly especially your password. If you think that you have entered your account details correctly, go to the SafeSync website and try logging in on the upper right corner. There are two types of account in SafeSync. One is for Home and the other is for Business. You need to ensure that you are logging in with the correct type of SafeSync account.

You may also try to reset your password if possible. Or try logging in after some time. The problem might be on SafeSync server. However, if none works, send the SafeSync support team an email with your concern.
