What are the differences between SiT Support Incident Tracker and Hesk Help Desk Software (both free) for support ticket tracking, and how would I decide which one would be best to use for a technical support/ help desk purposes?

Support incident tracker is web based and easy to use and install, for each user you can create separate incident queues. You can assign priority options Low, Medium, Critical or High. This is fully configurable and can be integrated to LDAP. Hesk helpdesk software is also web based, you can attach files using this tool. It prevents SPAM and it has unlimited Knowledge base articles. Whichever you choose these two software can be a great tool for your company.
