There is something I am curious about.  Is a hardware encoder better than when you use a software encoder?  Does the quality of the video depend on the upload speed? Help me on this

There is an impact when you will use a software encoder together with your hardware encoder. The software encoder gives flexibility in encoding process. But, if the computer does not have sufficient processing capability, you will also have difficulty in encoding at higher bitrates and larger resolutions as well.

The internet connection or even a computer that doesn’t meet the minimum requirements needed may result to a low or poor picture and video quality. The internet connection’s upload rate determines the speed of the content while it is being transferred from your computer to the recipient of the file or data.
