I was told that a lawsuit brought against the company which claimed the Apple being a tech giant failed to explain to iPhone users that text messages would fail to arrive if they switched to a handset with a different operating system. Is this really true? I am wondering how such a tech giant failed to explain its users about it.

Yes, it is true that a lawsuit brought against the company which claimed the Apple being a tech giant failed to explain to iPhone. Text messages failed to arrive if they are switched to a handset with a different operating system. It stuck all the messages from Apple phone users to other non Apple phones.
