My new hard drive does not work properly with my emails. A dialog box always appears asking for the password and for verification of my identity. I always fill it out but the dialog box still appears. I am using Greenlight server and it is believed this is a problem in Microsoft. Someone please help me.

Is the problem occurring for all your email accounts or is it only one particular email account that is having problems? In case the problem is with only one email account, then you might need to check the internet connection speed on your computer, because if the internet connection speed is slow, the password may be taking a while longer to be recognized by the remote server and therefore causing the problem. Use the PING command to check for the internet connection speed by pinging the connection speed of www.google.com at the command prompt of your computer. To access the command prompt, type cmd in the run dialog and then press enter.
