PowerColor’s Radeon HD 7970 X2 Devil 13 is powered by dual 28nm TAHITI graphic units on a single PCB and CrossFire configuration. The 28nm GPU architecture allows it to deliver high frame rates at tough setting while using less power and providing efficient transition.

It overclocks the single GPU HD 7970 by 1050 MHz. It comes with PowerColors Vortex III cooling solution, a triple slot cooler. This GPU holds 6 GB of GDDR5 memory (384-bit memory bus) and take its 525 watts of electrical power from three 8-pin PCI-Express 3.0 power connectors.

The back of the card features two each of DVI and mini display port and one HDMI for display output and dual BIOS functionality for greater performance and reliability.

It also features voltage measurement points and LED lighting signal that are useful for Overclockers. X2 Devil 13 is designed to race with NVIDIA GTX 690, the current leader in graphic cards.
