Hi!

I recently bought the scanner Fujitsu ScanSnap iX500 Scanner, at least a month already. I am so busy that I just installed it yesterday. I just took it out from the box. Properly set up everything and turned on my computer. I tried to install the software and driver for it. Knowing that everything is according to the instructions. I tried to run a document to be scanned with it, nothing happened. I can find the software where to process the scanning options, but the scanner is not responding. I tried to unplug the connection and plugged it back in and keeps on saying “USB device not recognized.” Can you give me ways to resolve this issue?

Hello,

The office document scanners are hopper that holds more pages. It grabs each and every page feeds across optical source and scan it.

so that it grabs each item and moves along a path. There is always a chance that will jam an item when inside a path, scratch it as it’s passed along with its path, misfeed the item so that the scan is stretched out of shape.

I tell you the suggestion if you wanted a scan few ordinary family photos to post on the website then I would use Scansnap. It is adequate for that.

And finally we need a pro quality graphics scanner to do that adequately and quickly.
