Determining and detecting email interception. Is this has to do with my internet connection?
I am having a problem on how to determine the cause of interception with all the emails of my client and as well as my own connection.
Is my operating system have to do with this?
I wish you can give the best suggestion and solution.

Email Interception if I read your question right is that your emails are being read by other people.
And that you wish to do something about it. Your operating system maybe infected with a virus or malware.
1. Change your password and make it harder for others to guess.
2. Make sure you have the latest antivirus updates and scan your computer for viruses and quarantine or delete them when found.
3. Install, if you don't have any anti-malware software malwarebytes is a good software & scan your computer for malwares quarantine & delete them when found.
4. Never open your email or other private accounts to untrusted computers. Or if you have a suspected computer don't use it or report it to your IT administrator.
