Desktop having issues with keyboard and mouse

Hi there,

I recently bought a new PC(HP Compaq 6300 Pro), then installed a wireless mouse and keyboard , I started getting these frequent freezes when using the wheel on the mouse to scrolling which are forcing a restart to restore the computer in a working order, after unplugging the mouse, the system seems to work well, how can I resolve this? What could be causing such problems?

Hi,

You are facing a common problem, you need to go for mouse properties from control panel, then select 'wheel' option, set you options, then go ahead with 'hardware' option & install driver again. Then restart your PC. You problem will be resolved.
