I want to install Windows PowerShell on Windows 8 and learn many things about it. I cannot get started by myself and need a helping hand. Can anyone provide me that?
Windows PowerShell 3.0 is the latest version which can be installed in many Windows OS. To turn on the PowerShell, Microsoft .NET options need to be turned on. You can download the PowerShell from the official Microsoft site. To turn the PowerShell Engine you can go to Start screen. Type the Windows Features and click Settings. Click Turn Windows features on or off. Expand the box and check the PowerShell 3.0 Engine box to select or clear it.
