On Hold Music refers to the music that is played when the Executive puts the caller on hold.

MOH is available to the NonProfit Organizations for free. Not all companies offer it for free. The music is available in custom and generic formats.

The sources for MOH services are-

1. Radio

2. Off-the-shelf custom CDs

3. Manually designed MOH

4. Online on hold

5. Streaming MOH.

Radio source is playing a local station radio.

OSC CDs are similar to Radio but do not include Radio commercials.

Manually designed MOH includes custom music to suit particular business needs.

The Online service consists of a program. Executives load them on a computer system and connect it to the phone that allows automated updates of content.

Streaming MOH is live music delivery.
