The Deploy Software updates Wizard completed with errors-Access Denied

In order to get this issue resolved, you should check the log file for complete analysis. The file having the name patchdownloader.log will be the required file. I think the problem is that it can download the update but the server account is not able to write them in the folder that has been shared and you have used this for update package.
Try changing the permissions and hopefully you will get rid of this error.
