DELL backup and restore manager error

Hello,

Recently, I am trying to resolve the following error which I got creating Backup Image but I could not solve this problem. I have tried many ways to solve it but the error still exists. How can I get the resolution to fix this matter because I want to remove this error immediately? Help me!

Try to save the backup image on an external medium and not the local drive. The problem might also be the media you are saving the backup is corrupt, try and change the location.

Another reason might be the medium in which you are saving the backup has no sufficient space. Save the backup in a location with a lot of free space.
