You can do it with the User Profiles dialog in SystemProperties.For deleting user profile in Windows 7, you need to follow the following simple steps:
First you need to log in as admin. Click on System Properties and then click on Advanced. Under user profiles click on settings. Select the profile which you want to delete and then click delete. The user profile gets deleted.
