Where can i find the folders Deleted and sent items folders. Also, the contacts and others are missing from the view. Sure could be some where but can i have the steps to enable them to be seen on my view.
Deleted or Sent folders in office 365
The copy of every message send is put in the Sent Items folder. The Sent Items folder is in the email folder list.
Every message deleted sends its copy to the deleted items folder. The Deleted Items folder is in the email folder list.
The steps to enable missing contacts in the view are as follows:
1) In the 'Tools' menu, Click 'Account Settings'
2) Click 'Address Books', Click 'New'
3) Click 'Additional Address Books', Click 'Next'
4) Under 'Additional Address Book Types', Click 'Outlook Address Book', Click 'Next'
5) Exit Microsoft Outlook
6) Restart the system
