While accumulating a simple software application I have received this fatal error as given below. It was built in BSB. This is a definite issue of Windows XP of Chinese/Japanese/Korean version.
Do you have any idea regarding this fatal error?
Please help me to work around this problem.

Errors like this is very common not only for this application but for different programs. This is usually caused by internal errors that resulted for the program to throw an unexpected error. This may happen either while the program is starting or while you are working on the program. The cause of the error is really hard to predict.
When this error happens to you, you may try opening the program again because the problem is usually temporary. If this doesn’t fix it, it is possible that the previous error resulted to corrupting one of the files of the application. If this is the case, reinstalling it is one good option.
Click Start, Control Panel, then Add or Remove Programs. In the list of programs, select the affected Xilinx application then remove it. Restart your computer even if it doesn’t prompt you. After that open Windows Explorer, navigate to “C:Program Files” then delete the folder of the uninstalled Xilinx application. This is needed because sometimes the folder is not removed after uninstalling it.
Simply install the application again and then try it. If it still doesn’t work, the problem may have caused by recent updates made to your operating system by Windows Update. If this is the case, reinstalling it won’t do any good. Find a more suitable version that will work on your operating system like installing a much higher version of the program.
