Kindly help me with the procedures so that I can connect it.

Data cable accessibility failed for pc suit

Hi, Mr. Jeremy,

You should have mentioned the phone name while asking for a solution. However I’ll give you a general solution for this problem.

According to my presumption you might have selected the data transfer mode while connecting your Nokia to your PC with a USB cable provided with the phone or supported USB cable. When you connect any Nokia device to the PC, generally 3 options are displayed on your mobile screen, Data Transfer Mode (Mass storage), Nokia Mode (PC Suite or Ovi Suite), and Media Mode. Select Nokia Mode (PC Suite or Ovi Suite) to make the PC/Ovi Suite work on your PC. If you select data storage then you only have access to phone memory and memory card of your phone like a pen drive.

If when you connect your Nokia device to your PC, no such option is displayed in phone then the mode is automatically selected in your settings. To change this go to Setting> Connectivity> USB> Ask on connection> select Yes or select USB connection mode to the PC / Ovi Suite.

Always try to use the latest version of PC Suite which is supported to your phone. Uninstall your current version of PC Suite and install the latest one. Go to https://www.nokia.com/en_us/phones/support for latest version. I hope this will surely solve your problem.
