Necessity of Data Backup Discs depends on you and on your occupation. If your computer is lost all files due to virus attacks or any other mistakes, you can get them beck with "Data Backup Discs".

It is very easy to create data backup discs. You need blank CD/DVD and need to install CD/DVD burning software on your Computer which should have "Verification Functionality". This feature compares the data on your HDD with the data copied to the disc to ensure it is an exact copy.

It is not necessary all time. If you use computer heavily and suddenly you have deleted any file that was necessary. Then you can recover from data backup disc.

You can create data backup easily. Go to Start menu>Control Panel>System and Security>Backup and Restore and click on setup backup. Then you will be able to create data backup easily. Then just save it in a blank CD/DVD. You can backup data at any time.

Hi Robin Roson,

Using data backup discs you can store your files to another location from your computer. If you loss any kind of data from your computer you need not to be worry because your data is still in your back up discs. There may be a disaster in your area and your hard drive may crash. In this situation it will be a wise decision to restore data from back up discs rather than hard drive.

How to create back up discs

       1.   You have to manage an external hard drive. All the data of your computer will be saved here.

        2.   Now you have to plug the external hard drive to your computer.

        3.   Click on “Start” and select “System tools.”

        4.   From the “System tool” click “Backup”.

         5.   An auto wizard will appear and follow the instructions until you find the message that full backup has done.
