I am using Windows XP, and I am in need of a dat to bin converter freeware that will work in my Windows XP.
Please do the needful for suggesting the converter name along with a download link towards it.

Fortunately, there are a lot of software programs that help you convert your .DAT file to .BIN. Â
One of them is the TPS dat downloader and converter, that helps you change the type of your file instantly.
Another way is to use the TrafMan Software. Install it, and then select "Database". Select the Database where the file is located, highlight the file and press X. Select Binary Format and press Enter.
Then take note of the file location (C:Trafman…) and press Enter again.
Choose Overwrite or Append to File, if the file already is in your Download folder.
Press Page Down if everything is correct in the file and then the file can be imported in .BIN format.Â
