Hello! I installed SIMS 2 Bon Voyage few days ago. It was working well at first, but today I got an error “D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE!” I reinstalled the game thinking that it can solve the problem, but I am receiving the same error message.
Is there something wrong with my settings?

That error is caused by missing DirectX files that are need for the SIM 2 Bon Voyage application to work well. And therefore to fix the issue you will need to do the following:

The first thing that you will need to do is update the video drivers.

After that you will need to make sure that the latest DirectX files have been installed to replace the old ones that are causing the application to malfunction.

In case you have already installed the latest video drivers, then you will need to uninstall and then reinstall them again to fix that problem.
