Hello Guys,

My machine running with Windows XP service pack 3 has encountered a problem. An awful error message is appearing every time during running an application. It says, “C:WindowsSystem32zigulavo.dll is not a valid Windows image”. What does it mean?

Please help me to get a remedy of this issue.

Thanks.

Hi,

I suspect that your computer is infected by a Malware. That is the reason you are getting this error message. Please check whether the application that you are trying to open is a genuine application. I suggest you to install any Malware removal tool on your computer and perform a scan. If you have any Antivirus program installed on your computer and it is updated, first run a full system scan on it before installing the Malware removal tool.

Just in case the above issues do not fix your issue, I suggest you to restore your computer to a previous stage. This should definitely fix the issue on your computer.

Thanks and regards,

Skarbos Jay.
