If your application encountered a problem with one of its encoder or codec, try reinstalling the application. In the error message, it’s like the CUDA H.264 codec or encoder is not available in the application or in your program’s version which supposedly should not happen because the encoder comes together with the application.

If this is the case, reinstalling MediaCoder might fix the problem. To make sure you have the latest version, download it from MediaCoder Downloads. You can find the download under Get MediaCoder Now. It provides three links, just select your desired download. It supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. It also supports Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012.

MediaCoder also supports the x64 versions of Windows 7 and Windows 8. Once it is downloaded, uninstall MediaCoder from your computer then restart your machine. After booting, install MediaCoder you just downloaded and it should fix the problem. The CUDA H.264 encoder should be back in place.
