Hello.
I have been playing crysis 2 for a long time. Recently it has stopped working and I could not find the reason. This is one of my favorites. I am real upset since it is not running anymore. Should someone know of this problem, please let me know about it and I will be really grateful.

Cheers! The problem that you have encountered might have been because of updating your version into version 1.9. Lots of gamers like you have encountered this problem. When you have a saved game in an older version and you update it to version 1.9 it causes the game to lock up, giving you a recurring error message "Crysis 2 have stopped working" , "shutdown game" or "check online".
Solution:
To resolve this issue you must first, (1) uninstall the game. Second, (2) Download version 1.8 patch. Third, (3) Re-install the game. Fourth, (4) Refuse to download/update to version 1.9. And lastly, (5) Install version 1.8 patch.
