Crysis 2 Frequencies not Supported Error Upon game launch

I need some help! Please.
I have some issues with running Crysis 2 game. The screen would turn black and there’s blue box saying: “frequencies are not supported” when I start the game. But when I adjust the screen I could view the game normally. It’s only when I tried to view it in full screen that the error occurs. I have installed it with high textures and the dx11 pack. I wanted to view the game full screen but how I might do that without getting the error. Thank you!

The problem is with screen resolution error. You first need to the minimum system requirements that are needed to play the game. If all of them match and you have the required video card installed, then all you need to do is that you check the resolution at which the play works. Change the monitor resolution to the given resolution from before. Then try opening the game. The game should open correctly. If it requires some VGA configuration, then you need to install the driver for video. This will install the driver and the software for the purpose. At last al you need to do is that you have to install direct to your machine to make it work.

Thanks.
